British Tourist Beat a Disabled Swede in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria

There has been another case of aggression by a foreign tourist in the Sunny Beach resort. An adult man with disabilities has been brutally attacked by a British citizen, Nova reported.

Prior to the event, the Englishman argued with the hotel's receptionist and security guard. The Englishman's mother had to be summoned to convince him to go back to his room. While she was trying to take him to the room, holding him by the hand, and the two met in the corridor with the victim. For no apparent reason, the Englishman hit him several times.

During the incident, two other people were hurt - the 60-year-old disabled Swede and two other hotel staff.

A little later the attacker has been arrested, and today the prosecution will demand an arrest without bail for the 27-year-old man, identified as Danny James.

This incident happens after last season, the Swedish tourist Ralf Sundberg, who kicked a maid in a hotel in Sunny Beach, was released and returned to his home country without paying the fine of BGN 4500 imposed on him. This year there was a similar accident when an Austrian tourist hit a maid in the Golden Sands Resort.

British tourists have a somewhat poor reputation in various European tourism hotspots due to perceived high rates of disorderliness.
