"Traveling Summer Cinema with BNT1" from 19 July to 8 September

"Traveling Summer Cinema with BNT1" takes on the road for the seventh consecutive year. Traditionally, the opening screening will take place at the Summer Stage in Knyaz Boris' Garden in Sofia on 19 July at 9 PM, with the audience having the opportunity to meet with the production team.
The opening film will be "Directions" by director Stefan Komandarev. The summer cinema of BNT will be from 19 July to 8 September.
The program of the new edition of the national campaign for the restoration of the summer cinemas in Bulgaria will include some of the most modern contemporary Bulgarian films, including "Glory", "Enemies", "Thirst", "Lesson", "8'19" " , as well as short productions by popular European directors.
Free projections will take place in 24 towns in the country - Sofia, Samokov, Panagyurishte, Pirdop, Koprivshtitsa, Plovdiv, Rakovski, Yambol, Stara Zagora, Kotel, Strazhitsa, Dryanovo, Apriltsi, Ruse, Isperih, Tsarevo, Sozopol and the villages of Oreshak (Troyan) and Lozenets (Bourgas).
This year the "Traveling Summer Cinema with BNT1" will return in Karlovo Summer Cinema - the first restored cinema in the history of the campaign. During the years, cinema theaters in Elena, Byala, General Toshevo, Kardzhali, Veliko Tarnovo, Silistra, Krivodol, Pomorie, Pernik, Yambol, Pleven, Varna, Shumen, etc., were also restored.
For the past six years, "Traveling Summer Cinema with BNT1" has provided 168 free open-air screenings, viewed by more than 100,000 people.
